As a company we pride ourselves on offering value to clients. We work in partnership with clients in an environment of openness and trust. We recognise that people do business with people so we spend time getting to know clients and introducing them to a number of different people within our team.
We are conscious of our responsibility to the wider environment and we have initiated many policies to ensure we minimise environmental factors.
- Recycling paper, cups, cans, ink cartridges and anything else we have in quantity.
- We have setup a working group to generate ideas of things we could do and the first project is to investigate what our current carbon footprint is and then to set ourselves targets to reduce it.
As a group of people we have certain initiatives and charities that we support and take part in.
- Each year we join in with Learning at Work and help our people see how everything they do goes towards their development.
- We raise funds for Children in Need and take part in Red Nose Day, which is always a good day to visit the office but be prepared to part with cash.
Quality is a key thread throughout all our work. We constantly question our own practice and processes. We have a nominated team who meet regularly to review all feedback, suggestions and audits. We have external audits annually of our ISO status and have been successful in retaining it.
