Catherine Walsh

One of the few Manchester United supporters who is a Mancunian by birth. One of her best experiences was working in Moscow for 2 years and satisfied her earlier passion for Communism which was ignited whilst studying Sociology. However after graduating in Business Studies her thirst for entrepreneurship flourished.

Geoff Bloom

Geoff is a Harlequins supporter, a dedicated mini rugby coach and referee and a keen swimmer.  He spends weekends as a driver for his 2 children, who are involved in more activities than a decathlete. His rugby refereeing comes in useful on some of his projects, most noticeably when he worked with Royal Mail and had to get all the different areas of the business to agree to an information capable people strategy.

David Betts

Fine wines and spirits characterise him, with rare qualities and hidden depth that constantly surprise. He is a supporter of most sports but his main passion is pulling together great meals and culinary delights. He was able to combine all these when he helped Jaguar define the behaviours for the business going forward with New Fashion Luxury. The events were held in some of the best and least known establishments that embody modern luxury.

Kathryn Searle

A keen mountain biker who has had to cut down on her time in the saddle now she has a toddler to attend to. However we are all waiting for the time she discovers attachable child seats! Having run competency programmes for many organisations the team are waiting for her to bring these skills to child care. Kathryn is also a night owl, which has been useful with many of her global projects, in particular when she managed the training requirement for the 2001 Census on behalf of Lockheed Martin in the states.

Tony Kruger

Another Manchester United supporter who watches all possible games. Which is surprising considering he has young twin boys in the house who he maintains are the United youth team! Tony spends most of his time helping Land Rover launch it’s product line globally. This suits him down to the ground as he spends large chunks of time in glamorous locations driving tough vehicles up mountains and over obstacles. He brings these skills to the management team.
